[Plugin: Register Plus] single quotes email address allow?

I have an email id having single quote example(this’email@mydomain.com).
Register Plus doesn’t allow this format.
How can I solve this?
I am very sure this format is allowed in email address

Apostrophes are allowed in email address but register plus not allowing that
