functions.php and tinyMCE

So I have the following code at the top of my functions.php file:

wp_deregister_script(‘jquery’);
wp_register_script(‘jquery’, (“http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js”), false);
wp_enqueue_script(‘jquery’);

And it is messing my wp admin up. When I go to add/edit a post pr page, in the tinyMCE, both the Visual and HTML toolbars are showing.

So whats the problem?
