RSS Feeds, Altering the feed title

Hi there, any help or point in the right direction appreciated.

I’ve set up a fan page in facebook and im updating this through the feed from my blog, so that new posts show up on the fan page wall.

All works ok but I would like like to know how to customise the feed. So for example the feed title would include the posts category as well as the posts title.

I’m trying to figure out how to do this through functions.php but alas no joy!
