To present several sites / Urls on my one blog

I have my WordPress blog hosted at Hostgator,

Now, I wonder if you may help about my blog name when adding/promoting several sites at my one blog to add to my blog-name extended at the end with …/recommends/SiteName

I have seen Urls like this for ex.:
http://hansbrautigam/recommends/UK-eLottery

i.e. My UK-eLottery page,
https://www.smarterwaytomakemoney.com/default.aspx?253434

I am new member of WordPress and Hostgator and have to start asking somewhere (here) and I think I would be able to present several sites / Urls on my one blog to add each Url after the ´recommends/´ like, …/recommends/SiteName (Url)

Here is SiteName = https://www.smarterwaytomakemoney.com/default.aspx?253434

,where SiteName could be any site added of choice.

I hope you can follow my inquiry and answer me ASAP.

Will you provide any tutorials to learn how to handle the blog in proper ways?
