Static Front Page not showing

Building a new wordpress website using twenty10 theme. I had set the homepage but for some reason a different page was showing as the home page. I tried looking at everything but can’t seem to figure it out so I deleted the page all together and now for some reason my site home page is not showing… I get this:

Not Found

How in the world can I fix it?
