Adding a custom info to the Edit Post section

    Hello

    I could not find how to do the following in the codex nor forum, and hacking an existing plugin just for this seems overkill, so I wonder if anybody could steer me in the right direction.
    I’d like to add a custom info line inside the Edit page, so that a user editing a page is reminded “You are editing Page #xx”. Seems basic I know, but very useful in our case as the post ID serves as a key for other things.
    How can I add a custom info line for example below the editor, above the custom fields ?
