    Hello,
I must move my blog to another server.

On new server I want to install a fresh WP and then install plugins and themes. How I can save posts and comments and replace them on a fresh WP?

(I can’t use Export of WP, because the server save an empty XML file)

    Thanks esmi, I read it.

I want to install a new fresh WordPress on new server.
Can I install WP and after replace database?

If you just want the posts and comments from your old install, export them from the older blog via Tools/Export and then import them into the new one.

I can’t do this, because after export I have an empty XML file 🙁
Maybe database is too big 🙁

If both installs are using the same version of WP, you could try the technique outlined in Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup.

    Yes, so I’ll try this:

    – backup database
    – backup ftp data
    – install new WP on new server
    – restore database
    – restore ftp data (uploads and theme or other?)
    – install new plugins

    It’s correct?

    Thanks!

restore ftp data (uploads and theme or other?)

You might want to just try uploading your copy of the old wp-content folder and see how that goes.
