Posts dissapear

After uploading the new version of Word Press, I’ve had all kinds of problems. First, I can’t upload pictures. I have to copy and paste from somewhere else. When I upload them, they come out as little boxes, but no pictures.
Second, when I try to post something, I finish my post, and hit publish, and just before it publishes, all my info disappears. Then it shows up on my blog totally empty. So I have to go back and redo it. Then it shows up. So I am having to do it twice every time. What the heck is going on? I have the newest version, so it shouldn’t be doing this.
Plus I want the “Visit Site” button back.
