   Because of this vulnerability, My website was destroyed by a hacker!!(see my website:http://insraq.xoops.cn/)
   to fix you can download this file:http://insraq.xoops.cn/files/functions.zip
   uncompress and overcast the file : \wp-includes\functions.php

   It's to do with the Xoops integration code as much as anything
