[Plugin: sCategory Permalink] Hikari Category Permalink

I’ve forked sCategory Permalink, removed a bug I was facing and enhanced it.

Now we don’t need to use %scategory% anymore, default %category% works, and my plugin supports permalinks set by sCategory.
