[Plugin: Subscribe2 for Social Privacy] manage subscriptions from front-end?

hi, is there a way i can have the “manage subscriptions” checkboxes be in the front end, and not in the backend? i want subscribers to my site to not have to deal with a (non-user-friendly) WP backend…
