    Hi there, I had this same problem, and I found that just clicking on Settings > Permalinks fixed it (it flushes your rewrite rules).

    Are you using the custom menu in WP 3.0? I’m aware there was an issue with WP 3.0 and custom menus but am confident this has been fixed in 3.7.6.7.
