Plugins appearing / not appearing on different computers

Hello,

I’m the writer / editor for a computer support blog. Recently, we added two plugins, the Basic Facebook Social Plugin and Tweet This. On my computer and several more in our office (as well as my home machine) everything works just fine. On other computers here, the plugins are not showing up at all. I imagine that means its the same for other users out there in the world.

I understand very little about code, that’s why I went with the simplest to install plugins. If anyone can give me a suggestion as to why this is going on / how I can fix it, that would be great.
