did it always do this ( then check with the theme author )
or did you edit single.php in any way?
then, you could paste the code of single.php into a http://wordpress.pastebin.com/ for someone to have a look at it.
I’m having the same problem….. and the silence about the many issues is deafening……
alchymyth & themickmorris: No it has only started doing it with WordPress 3 & Headway Theme 1.6.6
I have not edited anything, just upgrade (automated button) and have been running Headway Theme since January without problems until upgrading to WP 3.
If I activate any other Theme all seems to work fine. So the common denominators are Headway & WordPress 3.
I’ll figure it out eventually : )

the right title still shows in the title tag in the browser, so there seems to be something messing with the $post or the $querystring before showing the content.
if you are using plugins, try and deactivate all, and when this solves the problem, re-activate one at a time, to see which one is causing it.
alchymyth: I deactivated all Plug-ins, repaired the DB & Optimized it.
Everything works with other themes, it’s just Headway that seems to have issues with WP 3.

it could be something simple as the usage of some variable names that are also intrinsic to wordpress.
additionally, as this is a premium theme, you could also try to get support from the theme’s forum or author, if you haven’t done this yet.
The problem has been solved, it was a setting in the main content leaf within Headway. The main Content Leaf for single pages was set to display one featured post. It should be set to display the current post’s content.
Glad it was an easy fix : )
