I had to stop working on a blog I was developing for a while. Now I can’t find where I wrote down the login information.
Is there an easy way to find out what it is or do I have to reinstall WP?
    Thanks.

I tried that but it’s not working because I don’t remember what I used for the user name.

Try to recover the admin password, since that can will give you control over the installation. Take a peek at the mysql table if you have to.

I have never done anything with mysql before WP.
How can I peek at the mysql table?

by default the user name is admin
and hopefully u changed the email id after u logged on…
    try it out…
i had thought of this before, email of the admin should be asked and set on installation…

Your hosting provider might be providing you with myphpadmin. This software allows you to browse the tables in your database.
From your webserver administration interface, look for “mysql” or “database” or both, and then try to find if there is a phpmyadmin link or something.
Otherwise you can ask your provider if you have access to phpmyadmin.
