Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17301504)…?

    I updated my WP to version 3.0 few days ago. It was running fine and few hours ago I went to my site and see this-

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17301504) (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/******/public_html/key/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 107

    I tried with increasing and decreasing php memory limit by php.ini file.
    All my plugins are updated.

    Currently I have 128MB php memory. Any suggestions for this?

    Well ..

    This is defined onto php.ini
    if u have access a file try to allocate more memory.
    if no.
    contact your provider site admin or support and post this error.
