    can anyone tell me what the a and E letters are caused by-

    They can be caused by corruption if you copy/pasted your code from a bad source or from Microsoft Word.

    If you are editing your code in Microsoft Word, or any other word processor, stop now. Your code must be edited in a plain text editor, and word processors are not plain text editors. You can find a list of plain text editors here:

    actually it was a easy print types file. not sure where those came into play from. removed them and everything seems to be in order.
