you really need to see it

i would like some help, on what code to put , but you really need to see it, ignore the fact that it’s just a html page and not a part of wordpress, it’s jsut for designing purposes.

thats the page i wish to have, the top block and dotted image will contain the main headline from the latest post excerpts in the catagory “headline”.

then the two boxes below will contain the 2 latest post excerpts in the catagory “sub headline”
I have no idea whatso ever how to do it.

Any help at all would be appreciated, thanks
