    Have you tried contact your hosts in case they have a server issue?

    I haven’t but I can access my files through my FTP program so I don’t think that is the reason. But I will contact them. Thanks

    A mysql server issue would not affect your FTP access.

    I have check again just now and it is fine I( slower than usual) am not sure what happened. I have emailed my hosting provider anyway. They may be able to tell me the reason. Thank you for your help Esmi
