Need a “Conference Schedule” plugin

Hi, all,
I’m at the point where I’m ready to say, “screw it!”, and just create a table or something. I apologize if this has been asked, but I did a search, and can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.

I’m the webmaster for a 4-day conference happening later this year. Each day will have roughly 15 or so panels. I need to add a plugin that will allow me to show all four days, and the times and names/descriptions of each panel in a list format.

The only things I’ve found are calendar-style format, and that’s not what I want. This will just be a list on a page. People do not need to register, and we don’t need to show if the panels are “sold out”. Just a list of times.

Anyone know of anything that’ll work? Thanks in advance.
