[Plugin: Pie Register] how to add registration form to a live page???

I am trying to use Pie Register for one of the websites.
I have done everything as described like sessions and the settings of the plugin but how do i get this plugin as a registration page in the website???

Is there any code i need to use like cforms or anything else????
