40s delay in loading

    I have a weird problem with my blog (www.soudni-preklady.com)

    There is a 40 second delay in loading the site.

    Everything was working okay, the server load is fine, it is a dedicated box.
    There are other WordPress installs on the server, all are working okay.

    I tried to reinstall the WP even everything was working fine until I loaded back the data.

    Any tips?
