Facebook Like doesn’t work for me

I been using Facebook Like (http://johnny.chadda.se/projects/wp-facebook-like/) plugin forever and today it just gave me this weird error..

and you will see that every Facebook Like after every single post actually links to the main page and not the single posts.. it used to work perfectly though.
