[Plugin: DM Albums] Enable photo sharing for each image

ok so im using the dm albums plugin which works great. Now i want to add a sharing feature to dm albums. I want to pull the title of the photo and possibly the photo itself along with the Title, a short description and the url of the post and i want to be able to share those on facebook, twitter, email, etc. The problem with that is that i can not find a way to pull both. If i try to pull the post title from dm albums, it shows up nil and I would not even know where to begin to try to get the title of the each photo from within the wordpress loop.
