After upgrading to 3.0 the pages that show posts with a specific tag are showing the dreaded "Page not found" page.
Here is an example: http://flyaddicts.com/blog/tag/dvd-trailer/
This is a upgraded MU installation with buddypress as well.
I have searched the forums without much luck on this specific issue.
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

I did poke aroudn earlier and couldn't see any obvious reasons.
