    Hello,
    I have meet a issue:

    Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-project\xxxx\wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-project\xxxx\wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/lang/wp-pagenavi-zh_CN.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-project\xxxx;D:\xampp\tmp”) in D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-project\xxxx\wwwroot\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 319

    The website root path is
    D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-project\xxxx\wwwroot
    The open_basedir is
    D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-project\xxxx

    so,the open_basedir is include website root path, but the error says can’t read certain file, why?
