   After installing WordPress 2.8.4, a new theme and some plugins, I wanted to write a test post.
   After I published it, it showed up in my browser, but, if I click on the post title, or Read More button it shows a 404 Not Found page.
   I want to mention that I changed the Permalink structure to /%category%/%postname%/
   If it has nothing to do with the permalinks, what could the problem be?
   Please help! I deleted all the wordpress files from the root directory and uploaded them again.

   After I contacted the hosting company I was advised to backup the initial folder unsing R1Soft Restore Backups from Cpanel.
   But the cgi-bin folder was empty the whole time.

   I resolved it after I changed the .htaccess file permissions.
