[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] 404 Page not found

Is anyone else getting the 404 error on WP 3.2.1? I’ve tried everything I’ve read in the other threads from modifying the .htaccess file to disabling other plugins to forcing downloads and I still can’t get a single download to work on my host.

Can anyone provide any further recommendations? I am pretty stumped at the moment.
