404 Page Not Found

    I am getting reports that people trying to log on to webpage are getting a “404 Page not found error”…

    The only thing I can remember changing recently was the blog page is no longer the “first” page — a static page “welcome” is the first page.
    (settings, reading).

    Any help would be appreciated, I don’t seem to be able to figure it out…

    It is returning a 404; this may seem like an odd question, but did you try going back to the options and change it back to the latest posts as your homepage?
    I would then double check permalinks for the site in general and the homepage you want to use specifically.

    No odd questions…believe me

    I think I’ve put it back (posts to home page).
    It’s hard for me to tell, because the website shows up ok for me (talk about odd — pc & mac)
