Are you running cache plugins? Can any of your pages be viewed in mobile? Do you any specific .htaccess forwarding going on? Have you tried updating your permalink settings?
I've recently added WPtouch v: 1.9.35 to http://www.hardysjewellers.com
The site looks good on my Ipad but on a phone no navigation is available.
Any jewelry inventory I try to reach is returning a 404 error:
404 Not Found
The page or post you were looking for is missing or has been removed
Looking at the URL on my phone it shows:
http://www.hardysjewellers.com/category/jewelry/
with the 404 error
Looking at the same url on desktop and ipad .. no issues
hrdining,
Please enable WPtouch on your website so we can take a look at the issue. Also, just so you know, WPtouch 1.9.x does not include iPad support. So if you're seeing the WPtouch theme on your iPad it is likely due to a cache plugin which you'll need to configure to work with WPtouch by adding WPtouch's default user agents to the cache plugin's rejected user agents list. Thanks.
The plugin has been reactivated. The issue is not on the iPad it is primarily on mobile phones.
hrdining,
If those pages are using a custom page template, then WPtouch can't "see" them since it loads its own theme when a mobile device is detected.
Only WPtouch Pro at this time supports child themes/custom page templates.
