Yesterday I was looking at one of our new blogs and clicking entries multiple times to read the comments. Today, can't even get the entry to display. Am receiving a 404 error. All files are there (single.php, author.php, etc). Even if I select a different theme, I get the 404 on the posts.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
If you, or anyone else with access hasn't changed anything at all between yesterday and today, you might want to put your suspicious hat on for a few minutes and check for any malicious looking code that shouldn't be there...
Otherwise, Admin > Settings > Permalinks. Try switching back to the default settings and saving, then switching back to what you were using previously and saving again.

No malicious code to be found.
I tried the permalinks switch, but never saved the changed settings. Or maybe I did and not realize it. Whatever happened, my links are back up.
Thanks.
