   Tags have error message with or without functions.php in child theme.

   Not Found
   The requested URL /tag/celie-dailey/ was not found on this server.

   Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
   Apache/1.3.39 Server at deleteapathy.com Port 80

   delete .htaccess in wordpress root
   regenerate permalinks
   admin - settings - permalinks

   This wont work.
   It won't show a 404 error, but an empty page with no text on it, just the navigation menu
