404 for Google Picture Search, just for klick on picture – links working

Hey all,
if you find a picture of us via the google picture search, it displays the right pictured. if you klick you also come to the right side.
but then, when you klick the image in the right side, you get a 404 because for any reason theres a
“%3F515ee0” added at the end of the URL (e.g. http://bergtour-online.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/SalomonSpeedcross3-PMSxx-620×350.jpg%3F515ee0). if i replace the “%3” aber .jpg with a “?” the URL is understanded. hay anyone an idea why google doenst decode ist? thx 🙂
may the code come from yoast?
