404 errors after drupal wordpress migration, 404 fixes after edit->update post (2 posts)

    I migrated the site from drupal to wordpress,
    now where live,

    I'm running into a very difficult issue;
    some posts are getting a 404 error when fancy permalinks enabled,
    only some.

    when I go to edit them, than click update post, the error seems to fix.

    Is there a way to automatically click the 'update' button for all the
    posts or do something with the database so this will be fixed?

    fyi there are over 30000 posts, so it is difficult for me to go through and update them all one at a time, using the wordpress admin panel, am not sure what is causing the error aka why are the permalinks only working after I update the posts with 404's
