I'm getting 404 errors whenever I try to leave comments or click on a category.; it also happens when you click on a date on the calendar. Any suggestions?

I tried to click on a category (you only have one category) and had no problem at all.
When I tried to insert a comment I didn't end up on a 404 error page. I was redirected to the post, as if everything went well... except the comment wasn't inserted.
You've certainly moved some files around compare to a clean installation... -
Everything looks fine. You might want to check your blacklist for blank lines / characters if everyone's comment is being swallowed up.
