Hi frnds, with lots of hiccups i solve my problem regarding pages load speed, first of all disable all plugins that u using in ur site and check site speed from tools.pingdom.com if u see a major time difference of speed page load... then u have to check one by one of ur all plugins that decrease your site speed, note: don't think my site is slow bcz i have too much pages.. wordpress backend system is too fast and intelligent.. their is no any chance to database slow if u have lots of pages or posts.

    :)
