   Hi
   My website 404 page is not working.

   1) Theme supports 404, as I can see that 404 page is working fine on local installation.
   2) I am Using redirection plug-in by John Godley, but I am not sure that what target URL I should give for 404 errors. I could see 404.php in theme folder but when i try to hit it by browser,nothing gets displayed.
   3)Existing ref on wordpress.org is very technical and i cant take risk of code change.
   4) My website SERP has gone down badly bcz of crawl errors.

   Hey Mahender C,

   I got a simular problem with not getting my 404.php Theme's template when requesting a non existed page: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/404-status_header-breaks-loading-404-template

   On your site etllabs I see that the 404 is working now. What was the solution if I may ask you?
