   I've uploaded all the WordPress files to my site's index folder via FileZilla yet when I open up the page in the browser (www.havingpromise.com/wp-admin/install.php) I get the following error:

   Error 404: Not Found!
   The server cannot find the document corresponding to the URL you typed in.

   Any help solving this will be greatly appreciated.

   It's not a WordPress issue.

   This domain name has just been registered.Why is this page displayed?

   You may still have the place holder check if you have index.html if so delete or rename the file

   It appears you have resolved this issue. When I visit the site, it displays an actual site, not a place holder from the host. Is this issue resolved?
