Login via http://cocscrapbooking.com/wp-login.php and reset the permalinks back to their default settings. Then, before you set custom permalinks back up again, have a read of http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks.

Delete the .htaccess files in your root WP installation folder via FTP (download a copy for safekeeping first). Create a fresh empty .htaccess file, upload to the root WP installation folder and change its permissions to 666. Then try logging in. If successful, go straight to Settings/Permalinks and generate a new set of htaccess rules by clicking the Update Permalinks Structure button.
