404 Error – Can't Login to dashboard – moved url

    I have moved the site or home url….
    …I do not have FTP access, and I can not access the dashboard.

    Then you probably have little recourse unless you have direct access to the hosting account and the database administration tools.

    Yea I have asked for the hosting account information but my client has little information. That is the link I have seen all over the forums. I am sure they have helped countless others, but not me.

    Hello,

    Have you edit the wp-option through your phpmyadmin ? If no, then you have to change home page or site name in wp-option.

    i went to the site, but i was lost on how to use it. i will look into that in the morning. thank you for your quick answers, all.
