404 error

I keep getting this error when I try to publish posts or place images:

Not Acceptable. An appropriate representation of the requested resource/ru-blog….php could not be found on this server. Additionally a 404 error Not found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can any one help
