   Hi there,

   I searched on the above topics though with some return results but most of them are more than 3 years old. I did try some suggested methods but still didn't work. I wonder if anyone could help me with this.

   Theme I am currently using is Thesis 1.8. The story was I upgraded to thesis 1.8.2 but my blog has some troubles with 1.8.2. Then I had to restore the site and it is now back to Thesis 1.8. I am not too sure if it is theme related, or something happened during the restoration by technician from my host company. Since then, everytime a comment is submitted, it returns with a 404 page. I couldn't even reply to readers' comments in my dashboard. (note: comments are allowed in my blog)

   I tried to activate wordpress default theme instead of using Thesis theme to check if this is a Thesis problem. However, even using wordpress default theme (twenty evelen), the problem remains.

   There is a new wordpress version (3.2.1) this morning. I was so happy and thought upgrading maybe able to solve the problem. but no, i still can't leave comment on my blog.

   Could anyone give me some clues how to solve this? Really appreciate your help and time. Thanks in advance!

   Hi everyone,

   Could someone help me with this? I searched high and low, tried different methods, still didn't work.

   Below are the methods I have tried : -
   -- checked wp-post-comment.php, the file permission is 644.
   -- refreshed and updated my permalinks
   -- turned off comments pagnition (this one is an interesting one, after I turned it off, there is no 404 anymore. However, it took me back to top of the post. I scrolled down to comment section, no comment is recorded. Note: I allow anyone to comment without needing to be approved)

   Also, I do receive email about someone trying to comment, but there is no content in the email at all. Just blank email.

   I don't know what else I can do anymore. Could someone help? Your help is much appreciated!
