XMLRPC Issue – Other Software Can’t Connect

    Recently, I can’t get my third party blog writing software to connect to my blog site’s xmlrpc file. I haven’t changed any settings, and I see it just fine if I go directly there: http://www.ispithotfire.com/Wordpress/xmlrpc.php (“XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”)

    I’m using the newest versions of Windows Live Writer and WordMobi. Windows Live Writer says “Invalid Response Document received from XmlRpc server”.

    Access settings for the file are 0644 and hasn’t been modified since last February. File size: 93,445 bytes.

    What else can I do to test and fix this issue?
