Selfmade page – 404 not foud error….

I’ve made a page with the code:

<?php wp_list_cats(‘all’); ?>

<?php get_footer(); ?>’
and called it enter.php
If Itry to go to

I get this error:
Not Found
The requested URL /enter.php was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.29 Server at http://www.wordpress.fotografisches.at Port 80
I’ve made that page because I want this page to become the default entry page on my site.
But first I have to make that work.
I hope you know what I mean and want to do.
