403 You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/nav-menus.php on this serv

    Hello everyone,

    So I have a problem with adding new pages to my main menu, and every time wordpress is saying the same thing: You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/nav-menus.php on this server. In the menu I cant change anything, or add page or nothing….

    I tried everything that I read here on this forum, about this topic, but most of them are old topics, from 3-5 year ago. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

    I tried:
    deactivating plugins,
    adding new files from new wordpress instalation file
    permissions
