    Sorry, to clarify, when I try to click on the ad from an iPhone, it goes to the tracking link and doesn’t redirect to the advertiser’s website.

    Sounds like a permissions error to me. Possibly because of security features on your site or server.

    Actually, it’s not related to the iPhone. It turns out that anyone who is not logged in experiences this issue. The url doesn’t redirect and we get a 403 error.

    That sounds even more like a permissions issue to me.
    Check if you hvae a security plugin installed. If so, disable it and see if it works then.
    If you do not have such a plugin verify that your file permissions are correct. You may have to check with your hosting provider to see what the correct setting is.
