403 error code

    I am receiving a 403 error code that google says is blocking my site from being searched. It says the page that is blocking it is ?replytocome=8 but I can not find this anywhere in my site. When i click on it it takes me to the index page, I have checked the code in the page and I do not find it anywhere. I am guessing it must be one of my plug ins, is there any way to figure it out or am I going to have to start deleting my plug ins and seeing what fixes it. Any help would be appreciated, I am somewhat new to wordpress.

    I would deactivate all plugins, see if the error goes away and then activate them one by one to find the culprit.

    I deactivated all plug ins and that did not make any difference. any other help?

    For more clarification:
    Is it a Google issue? Google is blocking your site, but your site actually not? -is that the issue?

    * can I have the URL of your site?
    * do you have any google webmaster account?
