403 error after installation

thanks for the video!! I did everything according to it, a couple of times actually, but still get 403s

I can see the themes I have uploaded on my dashboard, but not the preview.. when I klick on them I get 403 forbidden, when I activate them, I get 403 forbidden on my webpage..

this also happens with the preset themes..

could it have to do something with my host?

I can´t figure out what is the problem, I spend the last hours reinstalling wp and always get stuck at this same point )-;
