Javascript slider only works when logged in?

Hi all, wondering if you can help (please bear with a noob)

I have a site in development located here: http://69.89.31.129/~corffvoi/staging/

It’s coming along ok, but the main quote section at the top of the page is actually supposed to be a javascript slider on an automatic loop. For some reason, it only animates when I’m logged into the wp-admin section – for all other visitors, the quote remains static. It works perfectly when I’m logged in, so I’m really confused as to what I would need to change to make this work publicly.

Can anyone point me in the direction of what I might have done wrong?
