[Plugin: Third Party Host Fix] worked on one site not other

    Same here, it worked on one site and not another.

    It will not activate on one site ( same hosting company for both btw )
    I get this:
    Warning: putenv() has been disabled for security reasons in
    my hosting volume info/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/third-party-host-fix/thirdpartyhostfixer.php on line 28
